the periodic source check), basis, status, knowledge date, applies_to, symptoms,
available translations, license and canonical_url, plus outcome-report counts and at most
two contribution_opportunities (descriptive data, separate from the text). Set

read_section | Read one section (heading and its subsections) of a public article with revision,

list_recent_changes | List text-free change events of the last 30 days (article id, title, canonical_url,
