search_papers | Search the NobleBlocks paper index by keyword relevance.
Returns up to `limit` papers with title, authors, year, journal, DOI, citation count,
an abstract excerpt and a NobleBlocks link. Use get_paper with a result's `id` for
full metadata, or get_citation to cite it.
