get_assessment免登录获取原题包与答题规格。在聊天中使用assessment_step逐题作答，再由score_assessment按原算法计分。

assessment_step免登录获取下一题、记录本次回答或按题本规则跳题。返回的state由对话端保留，服务端不保存答案。
