prepare_fax | Prepare one PDF fax and return its price and Stripe checkout link. This stores the document but does not send or charge. Completing checkout authorizes sending to the displayed recipient. fax_number must be a US fax number: 10 digits (5155551234), optionally prefixed with 1 or +1 (E.164 such as +15155551234); common formatting such as (515) 555-1234 is accepted.
