or in a domain (e.g. security, energy, finance, technology). Returns
a ranked list of events with why-it-matters, risk/impact/signal
scores, and a v3.news link for each.

Returns a list of matching events, each with an id (for ``fetch``) and
a v3.news citation url. V³ covers 12 categories (geopolitics, security,
energy, finance, markets, macro, trade, technology, science, climate,
business, public finance) with multi-perspective, cited analysis.
